The theory and practice show that all innovation begins with the discovery of the problem which originates from a strong sense of question. Physics is an important basic course in university, with it own characteristics fostering consciousness of the problem which is not replaced by other courses. Therefore, we carried out a research which fosters student's consciousness of the problem in college physics teaching.This article contains six sections. The first part of this paper mainly analyzes the background of the research and the status of awareness of domestic and foreign students. Then the paper gives the purpose and the meaning of proposed research. The second part of this paper improves the "issue awareness" consciousness which is based on the first part. The third part this paper gives the theoretical basis of this study.?The fourth part designs the questionnaire, investigates and analyzes the awareness of the current status of physics preliminary.?The result shows that the awareness of most students in the university which are in the level of general .The fifth part is based on the analysis of the task of the physics education in the university of the students'studying psychology. The paper describes the necessity and the principles in training students'awareness Part six proposes some tactics in training students'awareness in college physics teaching. ?...
