Since the 21 century, the information technology (IT) has become one of the most important technologies which had the rapid development, extensive impact and the furthest activity. The teaching and learning method are turning into a new and impending subject of the basal education teaching depend on the information technique.College physics curriculum, as one of the most important basal curriculum to the engineering course college students, plays a special role to students toward fostering and heightening integration making, ideation, innovation ability, scientific thought way and materialism Weltanschauung etc. Explore learning model (ELM) has been the pith and basic conception, and therefore been an important part of the college physics course reform.Here, we rely on the modern times education ideas, take the ELM in university physics classroom as the research object, investigate the way of how to develop ELM under the information technique environment, discuss the teaching design and actualize maneuver. The paper set forth the problematic establishment; research setting, actuality, significance and the correlation conception of the ELM firstly, advance the teaching design of the ELM under IT, set up the material teaching approach: Create sense-advance problem-explore by self-cooperate with commutation-integrate exercise-summing-up and improving, expatiate the maneuver that mentioned material teaching approach respective. At last, the maneuverability of the teaching approach and the validity of the ELM are discussed according to the experiment research contrast, the questionnaire and the data analysis.
