Education and the development of society are closely related and interactive. Education can advance the development of society; meanwhile, the development of society raises new demands for the talents, which react education. On the basis of the demands for developing our society, an educational goal to train creative talents has been set up in our country. College physics, as an important basic course in higher education, plays an important role in the training of creative talents. However, we are lacking systematic theory and experiential guide on how to train the students' creativity in the teaching of college physics. Therefore, based on many educational researchers' work, this paper try to combine the training of creativity with the teaching of college physics, creativeness with creative subject, and theory with practice in the hope of expressing the writer's personal thinking and exploration on permeation of creativity in the teaching of college physics and contributing to the reform of college physics teaching.Firstly, this paper analyses and confirms the predecessor's research achievements on the constitution of creativity, and then defines the constitution of creativity again in three aspects i.e. basic factor, kernel ability factor and emotional factor. Secondly it discusses the functions of each constituent in the constitution of creativity in detail and emphatically analyses the formation of creative thinking ability and its basic feature, which lays a foundation for the research on training creativity in permeative way. Thirdly, encircling the constituents of creativity and combining with the contents of college physics teaching, the paper specifically discusses how to realize the constitution of knowledge experience, the training of ability about creative thinking and creative action, and the shaping of creative emotion. Finally, taking the relevant knowledge in heat as carrier, the writer conceives and partly practices the activity of creative teaching. Combining with the constituents of creativity, the writer comprehensively analyses the permeation of creativity training in the teaching of college physics in the hope that it will promote the teaching of college basic physics to serve the goal for training creative talents in a better way.
