The Cultivation Of Innovating Ability In The College Physics Teaching

Education has become the key to determining a country's prospect or fate in the face of knowledge-economic challenge. Innovating education, aiming at training large quantities of brains with creative consciousness and ability, is not only the call of times, the historic certainty but also the intrinsic requirement of education. How to make a great effort to play a primary role in training creative brains has become one of important points in education reforming for high-education that is the base of person-training. And it offers opportunity and challenge to every teacher.First, this paper expounds the definition of innovating ability on the ground of education theory, points out the relationship of innovating education and creative ability. Then, it expounds the important role of college physics teaching in training creative brains. On the base of this and the disadvantages in the present physics teaching, the paper points out that the cognitive structure is the base of raising students' creative ability, the raising of innovating thinking is the core and good creative character the guarantee of it. And then it expounds all of the three fields in chapter 2, 3 and 4 in details. At last, combined with the teaching practice, we have reached some results and tried to put them into practice.The forming and development of one's innovating ability depend on his profound knowledge. And the more reasonable one's cognitive structure is, the better quality one's knowledge is, the easier to make innovation.
