With the information society and intellectual economy develops, the traditional education has been time-lagging because it follows the rigid education system of former Soviet Union and adopts the same frame of teaching materials as former Soviet Union. This kind of situation is more serious in mathematical education. As a result of rigid teaching materials and outmoded teaching methods, mathematical education is lacking in space for cultivating and developing persons of talents. Not only the development of society but also quality education requires the reform of education, which demands new ideas of education. However, the implement of new ideas of education depends on a series of factors, such as the reform of curricula and the innovation of teaching model, teaching contents, teaching methods and teaching surroundings.Aimed to meet the demands of quality education, this essay mainly discusses the operating model in the mathematical quality teaching; that is to say, in the surroundings of school Internet, according to the nonlinear law of human cognition, each mathematical unit ,which concentrates on trunks of knowledge and cut down collateral branch of the knowledge, anew arranges the teaching contents and structure and are integrated with information technology. As we all know, traditional education methods in the past days made students learn every part at first, just like "each leaf of trees". On the contrary, innovative education in mathematics based on nonlinear theory, present the main trunk of "a big tree" to students; then learn each leaf along the trunk, while inserting and revising former knowledge; finally get a new and complete understanding of the "big tree". This kind of innovative teaching can make students master knowledge, lessen their burden, greatly improve the teaching quality; it can also promote the accomplishment of mathematics, the capability of innovation, comprehensive quality , and finally cultivate complete personality.The first section of the essay discusses the subject and necessities of nonlinear model of each mathematical unit teaching in Internet surroundings. Above all, the reform in teaching especially in classroom teaching must be implemented, due to the intrinsic feature of mathematics as a subject may brings in difficulties in teaching. Next, time developing and quality education, eagerly require us to lessen the burden of students, cultivate innovative consciousness and perfect good character.The second section puts forward the basis of theory and the idea of operating. According to the constructive education put forward by Bourne, classroom teaching can be designed constructively in combination with the features of mathematics; curricula based on constructive theory, can be integrated with information technology to lessen the burden of students and optimize teaching.The third section concentrates on the train of thought of the study and designing...
