Technological Innovation In China Nearly A Century History And Industry, Government Trend Of Integration Of Research

This essay is a part of the Human Social Science Project of the Education Department, ie. the National Natural Science Foundation Project (management science,No.79970080,7024007). It looks back the development of Chinese technical innovation in late one hundred years, which includes the Science and Technical enlightment in the New Culture Movement in early 20th century, the obligatory innovation system after the establishment of People's Republic of China, and the full-scale development of Chinese technical innovation after the Reform and Opening-up. The essay discusses the inner objective law of the development and academic circle.This paper consists of 5part.the first part expounds about the purpose of the research. The author thinks that it is necessary to find out the rules of development of technological innovation by the analysis of its history from the angle of technological philosophy. Then this paper analyses the historical character from the dialectic angle. This paper also reviews, coordinates and summarizes the three stages of development of the theory about technological innovation in the second, third and fourth chapter. The fifth chapter is the conclusion. According to the above-mentioned analysis, the author considers that technological innovation in China should follow the toad which leads to the integration of "enterprise-authority-academy".
