China's e-commerce has entered a development period of strategic opportunities. Moreover, the Internet shopping market is prosperous gradually, consumer awareness of Internet shopping are also awakening, Internet shopping market has great potential of development.In this situation, the project-Saivy online shopping mall has been created. E-commerce model and marketing strategies is the most important thing of our enterprise at present.After studying e-commerce and the present situation of Internet shopping of our country, the author thinks that the B2B2C model is suitable for our national condition and our enterprise's project.And the author discovers that some traditional marketing theory can not adapt the development of Internet economy this moment. The author uses "The long tail theory" and 4C's marketing strategy which is suitable for Internet economy development to instruct this enterprise project. The author uses "The long tail theory",the strategic management and marketing knowledge to formulate profit model, strategy, target market, market positioning, operational objectives which are suitable for "Saivy online shopping mall". The author also utilizes 4C's marketing theory related e-commerce knowledge to design a set of marketing strategy for the enterprise.This paper will be defined as a instruction document for "Saivy online shopping mall" and it is very important and quite practical for "Saivy online shopping mall".
