Compensation system is a practical issue of human resources which the organizations and the staffs extremely pay attention. And, it has a strategic position and plays an important role in human resources management for enterprises.Based on a typical case of JL company, this paper takes compensation system, as object of study, the general issue in human resources management practice. On the basis of relevant theories about compensation system in human resources management, a basic research is carried out with the methods of literature review, questionnaire, field survey, interviewing, case analysis, diagram analysis, PEST environmental analysis. Connected with the field survey on compensation satisfaction, this paper deeply analyses the current situation of implementation of compensation system in the practice of JL company's HR management. With emphasis on the analysis of the main problems of the present compensation system in the company, including inadequacy in competitiveness, motivation, or internal equity, this paper also introduces some pertinent improvement strategies. Finally, safeguard measures on implement of improvement strategies are pointed out explicitly.
