Compensation management is an important work of enterprises. The compensation management system is an important component of the human resources management system. For the enterprise, salary management is no longer a simple hair wages. Building up a reasonable and effective compensation system is an important mean of the company to attract talents, retain talents and efficient use of talents. For personal, corporate incentive compensation system does not only associate with their own immediate interests, but also is an important measure to determine whether a company pays attention to talents, good using of talents, and sharing the achievements of enterprise development. Thus, designing a reasonable incentive compensation system is an important proposition and a difficult problem in front of each enterprise,.This paper bases on the case-the compensation system improvement project of Yinyi Group which is a rapid developing private enterprise group company Headquarters management, combining with the start, the expansion, the implementation and the evaluation of the entire project, and focusing on the study and analysis of the relevant literature and the classical theory. It describes detailedly the whole process of improving the incentive compensation system, especially for the use of the design means and ideas such as strategic decomposition, job analysis, job evaluation and marker data calibration.In this paper, by the elaboration and presentation of the compensation system improvement project of Yinyi Group Headquarters management, combing with the author’s own experience of management and the systematic results which have been sorted out and summarized, the author has summarized the experiences of key enterprises when they have a significant change or improvement project. The compensation system improvement project of Yinyi Group Headquarters management has certain universal significance in today’s China enterprise. Especially, it supplies a lot of ideas and inspiration how to explore a more scientific and reasonable way of incentive for the private enterprises in rapid growth, as well as providing a lot of useful experience for these companies how to promote change more smoothly.
