The approach of the knowledge-based economy age and China entering the WTO will necessarily quicken the process of world-economy. If Chinese enterprises want to acquire the space to exist, they have to focus on how to make use the function of compensation that can attract, hold, motivate talents, and make their capabilities fully development. This thesis selects AMS advertising staffs to study and design its compensation system, completely discusses the concrete application of compensation management theories in the business enterprises. It will get realistic values for improving human resources management level in Chinese enterprises.This thesis applies theory to reality and uses many means including quantitative and qualities analyses to support the basic viewpoints and specific application. Through studying of some basic compensation management theories, the thesis has taken both of human resources characteristics and the actual compensation system situation of AMS staff into consideration, this thesis detailed analyses the present compensation system, and point out the problems and weaknesses, which exist in it. Therefore, based on analyzing all kinds of factors which have effects on the compensation system of AMS advertising staff, and unifying the needs for company actual management, the thesis puts forward new methods and project.The designing process of AMS advertising staff includes position value assessment, employee ability appraisal, the establishment of compensation level and the design of compensation structure.If a company's compensation system is unreasonable,this will have great influence on its company's survive, on the other hand, a scientific and reasonable compensation system can increase employees' motivation and satisfaction, as well as strengthen competitive capability of a company.
