During the 13th five-year plan period,Anhui province will accelerate the transformation and upgrading of energy structure.The installed wind power capacity will reach about 2.6 million kilowatts,and the installed capacity will increase by more than 1 million kilowatts,which will inevitably lead to the intensification of human resource competition in the new energy power generation industry.Facing the new market environment,new energy power generation enterprises must enhance the management of the compensation system,learn from domestic and foreign outstanding enterprises pay management of successful experiences and failure lessons,through the establishment of advanced high level of salary system to recognize,retention and motivation,to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises,make enter:prises in a dominant position in the competition.This paper combines theory with demonstration,and carries out research according to the ideas of analyzing the current situation,discovering problems and solving problems.This paper studies and discusses the theory of compensation management,summarizes the development trend of modern compensation,and takes it as the theoretical basis for empirical research.In this instance of DT company research,based on the characteristics of the company,combined with its compensation management present situation,from the company organization structure,personnel structure characteristic,through the literature material,investigation and research,case analysis and statistical analysis method,problems existing in the current compensation system of DT company has carried on the diagnosis,from two aspects of economy and the economic compensation for its shortcomings and the insufficiency,formulate the corresponding improvement strategy,and put forward the improving strategies ensure effective safeguards,landing for DT company is optimized to improve its pay system provides a set of operational,can draw lessons from.This paper is divided into six chapters.The main contents of each chapter are summarized as follows:Chapter oneintroduction.This paper expounds the background of topic selection and research significance,and introduces research ideas,technical routes and research methods.The second chapter summarizes the theory of compensation management.This paper summarizes the connotation of compensation and compensation management,compensation strategy and strategy,and compensation management theory,analyzes the development trend of modern compensation management,introduces the theoretical basis supporting the view of this paper,and provides theoretical support for the DT company's compensation system optimization and improvement strategy proposed in this paper.Chapter 3 DT company's current salary system.This paper introduces the organizational structure and personnel structure of DT company,as well as the general situation of the compensation system of state-owned enterprises and DT company,and analyzes the existing problems of the compensation system,proposes optimization and improvement strategies,and provides empirical basic materials.Chapter 4 DT Company's current salary system problem diagnosis.Guided by the above management theory,the salary satisfaction survey,interview and salary system index analysis are adopted to evaluate and diagnose the company's salary system,and the existing problems of the company's salary system are proposed.The fifth chapter DT company compensation system optimization improvement strategy and safeguard measures.In view of the existing problems of the company's compensation system,this paper proposes a compensation system optimization and improvement strategy suitable for the company,and puts forward the safeguard measures to ensure the effective implementation of the compensation system improvement strategy.Chapter 6 conclusion and prospect.This paper summarizes the main achievements and innovations of this paper,points out the shortcomings of this paper in the research,looking forward to the next research direction,put forward research ideas.
