Performance Management System design is the precondition and the core of setting up human resource management of modern enterprise. How to design and build a scientific performance management system which adapt to enterprise strategy development needs, is the key of enterprise development and expansion.After several years of development, LuJi company has made some achievements, but it still faces to great difficulties. LuJi company paid insufficient attention to human resource management, there is no set of appropriate performance management system, performance appraisal of employees is minimal.In this paper, according to advanced human resource management theory and the method of key performance indicators, we fully understand company elaborated management status and performance management problems based on the SWOT analysis. Using job analysis, we has improved the post instruction booklet. Using Fish bone analysis, the company's strategic goals are gradually has been decomposed and distributed to every sectors and every position. The job performance and the company's goals are organically combinated together to establish a performance management system adapting to LuJi company's development, which will improve individual performance standards, enhance core competitiveness of enterprises, to improve enterprise management capabilities, and ultimately corporate strategic goals.
