Performance management for company management, is an old topic, from Adams Smith found that the division of labor can improve production efficiency began, people have been exploring how to improve the organizational and personal work efficiency and effect.Any enterprise, regardless of whether the statute of the existing performance management system, performance management traces are more or less.
