Employee performance management is a very important component of Human Resource Management (HRM) and also the core of it. The dissertation starts from the basic theory of performance management, and in combination with current situation about employee performance management in CITC Corporation A Company test center, makes an all-round research about the design of employee performance management system.The author in reading a great deal of foundation that study data, the application the academic theories theory knowledge go deep into of analyzed the A company test center employee performance management present condition,checked to seek an existent problem and analyzed the reason of the creation problem.Combined on this foundation to put forward the A company employee performance project of the performance management system, and point out an implement in the middle problem should notice with promise that project can have a good execution.Carried on the valuation and summary to this project after this the project implement process finally.BE limited because of author's level, this text still exists some shortage.Another that project long-term fulfillment examination lieutenant general improves continuously with perfect .Author hereafter still need to study a new information to know constantly, and make use of the ability that the new information knows to raise an oneself to design employee performance a management system.
