Business Process Reengineering Research Of X Pharmaceutical Company

We analyzed the pharmaceuticals company X's existing business process, studied how to analyze the existing business process and reengineer the business process, made full use of information technology, and studied business process reengineering adopting the theory of Business Process Reengineering based on workflow technology. We hope to undertake the implementation and monitor by resolving the work into well-defined tasks, roles, rules and processes, in order to raise the level and efficiency of production organization, reduce the processing time for key business processes greatly, access all relevant data and workflow quickly and easily, integrate enterprise's existing information resources to an utmost degree., reduce operating costs, and enhance enterprise's core competitiveness.In this paper, we mainly used the business process management method based on workflow technology to study current main business processes restructuring of a pharmaceutical company. Conduct a full range of management and support continuous improvement of business processes from the perspective of business process enterprises taking advantage of advanced workflow technology. The core idea is to provide a unified modeling, implementation and monitoring environment for various kinds of key business in and between enterprises. The business process management objective based on workflow technology is to provide whatever types of process control and view and conduct a reliable assessment of the business process, in order to do analysis and make an improvement of it. In this way, we could realize to cut into the business quickly by business process management system, carry out efficient business process management, and achieve real-time business process monitoring and analysis through the rapid business processes deployment and strict process control, enabling enterprises adapt to market changes flexibly and promptly.
