The Application Of Workflow Technology In Business Process Reengineering

J2EE system structure has been gradually accepted among its users in that it constructs more conveniently a server that is distributive, allowable to expansion, reliable and safely transplantable. In today's broad scope of the implementation of the Business Process Reengineering is the business of re-design and optimization. Workflow technology is the most practical way to realize business process reengineering based on information and technology.With the specific projects of a province's Water Resources and Hydropower Research Institute, this paper studies the J2EE-based workflow system used in BPR. It lists certain deficiencies in the process of companies and based on efficiency considerations it makes flat recycling of some of these processes to integrate the theory BPR to construct the new recycling process of the enterprise. At the same time, it elaborates some modules in the recycling process. To target-oriented enterprises, horizontal integration, adjusts the organizational structure, and functions from the management-oriented business process management to the changes. That increases the flexibility of the organization to change to a process for the centre, and projects for the mobilization of enterprises of all kinds of resources, and promote projects.In the project implementation process, it makes the process as the core to the business of re-design and optimization. When creating a new process, it deletes, merge some activities, and adjust the order of certain activities, and let the work flow technology used in business process reengineering process. It uses the business process and the operational separation technology which are provided by the workflow management system, through the revision process model to change the function of the system, and completes a business process or operation of the whole process of integrated management.Based on a project-specific recycling problems encountered in the process, this paper summers up the current impact of enterprise business process reengineering factors. On the comparative analysis of the leading factors in the domestic and foreign enterprises in the recycling process, it analyzes problems in the domestic business process reengineering which need to focus on. Combined with the impact of recycling, it makes a qualitative assessment of the recycling effect, at the same time using the method of the satisfaction optimizing makes a satisfaction assessment. Giving the different factors affect the weight to different business processes, it builds the satisfaction optimization model, and makes a quantitative evaluation of the project with the technology of work- flow combining BPR theory to the effect of the recycling process.
