Research On Construction Of Management And Control System And Its Key Technology And Method In Enterprise Groups

This thesis take the state-owned enterprise groups as the research object, proposed the overall framework of enterprise groups's management and control system, and discussed the core issues in the Group's control in detail both from theoretical research and empirical analysis. The following is the main contents of this paper:First, In order to promote strategic synergy in enterprise group, the autor use the Balance Score card theory to build the enterprise's KPI system; Second, Starting From the study of the relationship between parent and subsidiary companies,then from a practical point of view, the autor put forward the modle for the selection of enterprise group's management and control mode; Next, Using the relevant theories of organizational design, from the application point of view, propose a different strategy for the organization of enterprise groups under the program design features; Last, To address the principal-agent resulting problems such as "asymmetric information", "internal control" and so on, this thesis focus on the enterprise group's performance evaluation System.
