The Organizational Structure Optimization Of BX Group Under The Group Control Mode

Organization structure is one of the important factors to achieve enterprise management functions. Reasonable organization structure effectively ensures enterprise’s scale increment, organization operation efficiency, etc. As the baseline of integrating department management and business during enterprise routine operation, organization structure is a static mode that reflects the inter-sectoral coordination and operation among departments. From theoretical researches such as enterprise groups, group management and control model, and organization structure form, this paper deeply analyzes the key factors that influence the choice of group management, control model and organization structure on the background of BX Company, and proposes the elements, ideas and principles and the processes of organization structure design in order to provide a set of theoretical supports and design methods for organization structure design.Adopting the methods of survey interviews, document analysis, and data research, this paper focuses on factors that influence group management and control model and its organization structure on the basis of studying organization structure related theories. Aiming to solve organization difficulties, this paper presents the fact that BX Company’s current organization structure doesn’t match with its development stage、strategies、scale, and market requirements, etc., and also points out the problems about ambiguous interface and level between headquarters and its member units. Based on BX Company organization structure features, the management and control model and organization structure form are determined for BX Company. Further more, this paper puts forward the principles of organization structure design, the organization structure design solution and related system framework design. The research results will be applied in the reformation of BX company organization structure. It provides a reference for organization structure optimization design for the similar enterprises.
