While reaching modern organizational structure with classical organizational structure to the enterprise group to change, the enterprise group has become the theme that everybody studies and probes into, research and practice are long-standing in American-European countries in the enterprise group, but because of the limitations of system in the past with the deviation that realizes in our country, the enterprise group that really adopts the normal system of parent company and its subsidiaries did not use manily in practice , the enterprise group's own question caused by this is outstanding day by day , the following question exist in organizational structure: The super corporation makes a reservation indeterminatly , enterprise group is not connected by assets , molecule Company adopt which kind of management mode, how to divide function between general headquarters and subsection . Because of the limitations of organizational structure, the group is small in scale , lacking such this line of problems as the platform of operation of the assets etc.this kind of questions are waiting for us to solve in practice.One of the successful enterprises-TianXin enterprise in the electrical home appliances field of Xinjiang, it has the advantage of sending first on acting as agent in the electrical home appliances, The enterprise relatively succeed the fast primitive capital accumulation of completion. Especially from the end of 2001, TianXin enterprise caught the favorable policy of the state-owned enterprise reform, purchased and combined, set foot in such trades as agricultural machinery , logistics , real estate etc. the scope of the enterprise , assets expand rapidly , at the same time TianXin enterprise felt inside management cannot already catching up with enterprises developing, especially organizational structure is not scientific with fettering the development of enterprises regulatorily seriously. We adopt analysis and diagnosis of TianXin's characteristic , living environment , business strategy and existing organizational structure ,draw the existing problem and deficiency of existing structure . Based on this and redesign organizational structure ,We think TianXin enterprise is suitable for setting up into an enterprise group at the present stage , the Model U structure of the centralization of state power is the main fact that relatively adopt, Model M structure for organizational structure of mixing—Complement Model .through go on science define to function and collection fraction of parent and subsidiary company, so as to guide the organizational changes of TianXin enterprise successfully.
