The design process of the company’s organizational structure is how to build and adjust the enterprise management process,establish efficient and scientific information system process.In today’s era of rapid economic development,the company must have its own unique,perfect,reasonable and in line with the actual situation of the requirements of the organization for protection,enterprise organizational structure optimization is a dynamic process,it not only affects the company’s strategic management and operational efficiency,but also directly related to the future development prospects and sustainability of the enterprise.As a comprehensive enterprise,JD Group’s business scope covers real estate,education,health care,property,finance and other industries.Organizational structure design has a more important impact on it.After several changes in its organizational structure,the current structure has been basically formed.However,with the integration of domestic and foreign economies,trans-regional and transnational enterprises have increased on a large scale,and the environment facing the development of enterprises has become more complex and uncertain.This paper takes JD Group as the research object,analyzes and investigates the internal and external environment and organizational structure of JD Group,and finds that there are many problems in organization,function,process,power and responsibility,management range,corporate culture and other aspects of the enterprise.This paper first introduced the background and significance of the research,as well as the research ideas and methods,and then sorted out the domestic and foreign theories about the organization structure,and then combined with the actual status of JD Group,determined the modern organization theory(contingency theory)as the theoretical basis of this paper.After introducing the actual situation and current structure of JD Group,combining with employee interview and questionnaire survey,we analyze the survey results and conclude that there are many problems in JD Group’s organizational structure.It is mainly reflected in the rigid organization management operation,the complete performance of the organization structure is segmented,the resource allocation is scattered,the span of the organization operation process is large,the efficiency of the management process is low,and the organization structure is difficult to adapt to the changes of the current market environment.In view of these problems,the causes of JD Group’s organizational structure problems are further analyzed.The main causes include improper organization framework level setting,excessive functional segmentation and subdivision,excessive centralization reducing organizational functions,unreasonable management range reducing process efficiency,insufficient active cultural atmosphere and imperfect management system.On this basis,the contingency factors affecting the optimization of JD Group’s organizational structure are analyzed from the internal and external environment,enterprise scale,enterprise development strategy,life cycle,corporate culture and other factors.This paper puts forward the principle and scheme of JD Group’s organizational structure optimization,proposes the optimization of JD Group’s framework hierarchy structure,functional structure,authority structure,management range and other aspects,and gives the supporting measures and implementation scheme of the optimization scheme.Finally,according to the theoretical knowledge and the actual situation,combined with the relevant literature,the conclusion of the superiority of the optimized organizational structure is drawn.The design of company’s organization structure is an important and complicated problem.There are still many shortcomings in my research.It is necessary to study how to allocate and manage resources reasonably and effectively among various departments and how to optimize the relationship between these organizations,and put forward solutions to help the group operate more efficiently and scientifically in the future.
