Study On Organization Mode Of Electric Power Communication Engineering Project In Langfang

The construction of smart grid needs the building of electric power communication engineering project organization which adapts to smart grid and communication integration support system. In this paper, the research background and research status of electric power communication engineering project organization mode were elaborated, on basis of this, the basic theory of the project organization structure was described more profoundly, then, the characteristics of Langfang electric communication engineering were studied and summarized, existing communication problems in project management were analyzed, centralized three-tier organization form in the internal communication was established by the method of project reorganization, strong matrix project management organization form was set up in external electrical communication engineering by the method of project manager responsibility system. Finally, five organizational behaviors with the organizational forms were proposed and complete project management organization system for power communication was formed, which provid organization security strategy for the construction of communication integration support system and solutions for the organization mode of electric power communication engineering project in municipal companies.
