The Organizational Model of engineering construction is continuously moving forward, which is accompanied by the progress of engineering construction and engineering management. It is produced against the background of increasingly large-scale and complex investment of projects, and gradually high demand for project management. In recent years as our country has increased infrastructure investment, engineering projects have increased as well. Whether the infrastructure construction of highways, railways and civil aviation, or electricity, energy chemical industry and long-distance management construction, there are more and more large and super large engineering constructions. Traditional project management pattern was far from meeting the needs of engineering project management. Advanced project management emerged as the times require. With the further study of the project management mode theory, we summed up DBB,EPC,PMC and many other advanced engineering project organization mode. At the same time National Policies encourage and support for the advanced organizational mode. In 2003 the Ministry of Construction published a document named Constructed the city [2003] article 30《About developing turnkey project and project management enterprise guidance》, which guiding our turnkey project and project management's work, improving the project management level. The organization mode of the engineering construction was getting fast development as well.Qinghai Oilfield engineering construction business is as the same as the whole nation. With the rocketing development of exploration and exploitation main business, engineering construction has already entered a period of rapid development. Engineering construction business also increased substantially, the level of project management has made great progress as well. Especially the engineering project organization mode has developed from traditional mode to the modern EPC sum contracting mode. Although just started, but it has fully demonstrated its project management efficiency and high level. This article through to engineering project Organization Model Theory and Practice research and the analysis, puts forward what we should draw lessons from the advanced engineering project organization mode at present. Seting out physically from Qinghai oilfield engineering construction. Exemplifying projects cases our Oilfield has implemented, Carries on the analysis to the current situation of engineering project organization mode, and the existing problems and reasons. Reference to the advanced engineering project organization mode, this article presents a engineering projects organizational model which should be implemented at Qinghai Oilfield. It carries on analysis with SWOT I have learned. And according to the actual management of my own, I put forword the problems of engineering projects control we should pay attention to.
