Research On Quality Control Of Communication Engineering Project Of J City Power Supply Company

The quality of power communication engineering project is an important foundation to ensure the safety and stability of power generation and supply in power grid.Compared with the power construction projects,the share of the investment and the workload of the power communication construction project is relatively small,which is considered to be a subsidiary process in the construction process and lacks independent and effective management.The essence of power communication engineering is communication engineering,which is quite different from that of strong electric engineering.In a power transmission and transformation project,the whole project management is carried out and operated around the engineering of strong electricity,so that the power communication engineering can not be effectively managed,causing many adverse effects,such as the quality of construction is not up to the standard,the progress is behind schedule,the acceptance evaluation is not in place,this phenomenon is common in our country.Through theoretical study and practice,this research improves the design quality,material quality,equipment quality,construction quality and environmental quality affecting the operation of J City Power Supply Company communication project,so as to improve the applicability,safety,durability,reliability,economy and environmental coordination of the project.Therefore,on the basis of the related theories of the quality control of the communication engineering project,this research analyzes the present situation,the challenges,and the causes of possible quality problems of the communication engineering projects of J City Power Supply Company.Then,using the principle of PDCA cycle,the quality improvement plan is made,and the concrete scheme of improving the quality of the communication engineering project of J City Power Sipply Company is put forward and the concrete implementation is carried out.At last,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model are set up,and the effect of quality control on the communication engineering project of J City Power Supply Company are evaluated,and the improvement measures are put forward.The research has practical value for the quality improvement of the communication engineering project of J City Power Supply Company,and provides a good idea for the quality control of the communication engineering project in the power system.
