Then the paper summed up the situation and existing problems of electric power project management, revealed the calculation process and analyzed the main factors which impact the accuracy of electric projects cost through two examples,Finally, the paper put forward the ameliorate measure to the management of the electric power engineering and the process of the final account. It is the final purpose to controlling the electric power engineering cost reasonability and availability.
