| Along with the unceasing development of technology, the new electric power technology and equipment appear and be applied unceasingly. Exploring and applying positively the new science and technology and the management to reduce the cost of project construction and make the limited resources display function, become an important question in the electric power construction and production management. In our country, most power enterprises and design unit only concern about the initial investment of electric power project in the process of network construction while ignore the subsequent expenditure, so that it leads to the life cycle cost increase of the project and affects their interests. This paper analyses the defects and shortage of current cost management of electric power engineering project in our country, and unifies the domestic and foreign experience and the trend of development on cost management, proposes the application of the life-cycle cost management in the cost management of electric power engineering project.The life-cycle cost management is a comprehensive, science and advanced management idea, and its core concept is that see all stages of project life cycle as united management and make the life-cycle cost lowest under the assets is safe and enough to meet demands. Firstly, this paper makes a system introduction of the life-cycle cost management; secondly, deeply analysis its application process of each stage of the electric power engineering project on the basis of analysis of the status in the cost management of electric power engineering project, and points out the key work combining with the features and implementation status of the life-cycle cost management; at last, analysis the practical application of the life-cycle cost management by introducing a instance. The empirical analysis in this paper shows that the life-cycle cost management has great practical value in the cost management of electric power engineering project. |
