With the development of network economy, value management theory development and the upcoming sixth wave of mergers and acquisitions, corporate mode of production has undergone great changes. Faced with the new environmental requirements, our Government has proposed a ten industrial revitalization plan, that they want to accelerate the pace of mergers and reorganizations, merger and reorganization of small and medium enterprises increase the state's policy of support for. But how to make the restructured enterprise groups to maintain products and services in the same industry-leading, improve customer satisfaction, to adapt to changing market conditions quickly to restore industrial competitiveness is very urgent.As the enterprise groups through mergers and acquisitions in the economy of the unique status and importance of value-based management proposed in this paper from the perspective of business process re-thought, that is, value-based management, business process reengineering as a research topic.
