Research On Electricity Settlement Management Optimization In Wulanchabu Electric Power Bureau Based On Process Reengineering

Electricity settlement is one of the most important business of electric power enterprises.It is the guarantee for the return of capital of power enterprises.However,the electricity settlement process is complex,involving a wide range of electricity users,different electricity billing models for different electricity users,tariff settlement parameters.Therefore the efficiency and quality of electricity settlement management is generally not high.At the same time,the settlement process faced a relatively large risk because the electricity charges is not able to timely and full removed.So it is very important to optimize the management mode of electricity settlement,improve the efficiency and quality of electricity settlement work.This thesis applies analyze the process and present situation of electricity settlement in Wulanchabu electric power bureau.Then this thesis detects the main problems and puts forward the optimization schemes based on process reengineering theory.The results of this thesis optimizes the management mode of electricity settlement and improves the efficiency and quality of electricity settlement work in Wulanchabu electric power bureau,which is very important for the sustainable development of Wulanchabu electric power bureau.At the same time,this thesis can also provide beneficial reference for electricity settlement management of other domestic electric power enterprise.
