Lanzhou Petrochemical Company (LZPC) is a state-owned key energy consumption enterprise of China National Petroleum Corporation. As in the petrochemical industry, LZPC is a major energy products enterprise, as well as a major energy consumption enterprise. Energy costs, being in rising trend, account for a large proportion of the whole cost of LZPC. Energy conservation and energy consumption decrease must rely on technology and management.
