The author mainly studied network security services on China Tie Tong telecommunication corporation(CTT),the author used some economics theories and many practices to analyze marketing space of network security services in china. The treatise also discussed feasibility of network security services in CTT. In china, all telecom corporations have 3G services except CTT. So, staid network services have out of season and being replaced by mobile services. The income and the profit of CTT are decreasing. The position has affecting survival of CTT. China's Internet services developed very fast, but the development of network security growed very slow, the quotient of invested in network security was little. Now the government and the telecommunication corporations are convinced of importance of security, more and more investment has being dived into security hole. More expand but less income, CTT hard to survive. How to help CTT increasing it's income is a key business.The author started this treatise from studying financial management and network environment of CTT. How to use those security equipments which had been used for many years to create new value is the focus of the paper. The author created four security services then use some academic method to test their feasibility. The result of test revealed that the services will help CTT to increase it's incomes. The services are useful.
