This paper,taking the practice of BS company as the background,deeply analyzes the status,reality and potential of the current security market by SWOT method based on the theories of"4P/4C","STP" and "PEST".The paper put forward a fair marketing strategy research proposal after a focused exploration on the current opportunities and challenges facing the security industry in the current political and human environment,According to the paper,rigid demand is the first driving force for the development of security market.The security market is different from other industry markets and theoretically has "infinite expansibility",which is based on the sustained growth of market demand driven by the development of security industry.With the rapid realization of China's modernization and well-off society,national security,social stability,people's peace and contentment,and enterprise safety production have become the basic state policy.The security system with the basic content of"attendance check,video security and intrusion alarm" has been unable to meet the urgent need of market personalization and diversification.The demand for security and rigidity is increasing.High-tech security systems such as face tracking,security integration,video recognition,and smart transportation and green travel have been on the agenda.The paper argues that rigid demand is the driving force behind the development of the security market.The security market is different from other industrial markets and theoretically has"unlimited potential for expansion",which comes from the market demand for security industry development continues to grow.With the rapid realization of China's modernization and a moderately prosperous society,national security,social stability,people's livelihood,and enterprise's safe production have become the basic national policies.Smart cities,smart communities,smart transportation,and safe travel are just around the corner.All walks of life in society put forward higher and higher requirements for security,the depth and width of security requirements are more and more specific,and systemization,intelligence,plat-formalization,and block demand are becoming more and more intense.The paper holds that high-tech intelligent technology and products are the second driving force for security market.The vision of the party and the state has clearly put forward the great strategy of"supply-side structural reform",indicating the direction of progress and transformation for the security of the new era.Technology is the permanent driving force of the security industry.BS company as security technology,products provider,should conform to the trend,bold reform,deepening of market segmentation,rebuild their target market,the two-way strategy policy,actively introduce high-tech intelligent products,to adapt to the change and development of security market.The paper holds that the application of big data and intelligent application platform is the third driving force for security market.The emergence of Internet+and artificial intelligence technology has completely changed people's cognition of security concept,and the security industry is facing new challenges and market opportunities.BS company should adjust the business mode,grasp the direction,actively develop the cooperation channel,integrate the product into the intelligent application environment,and realize the comprehensive transformation of the service.Thesis argues that BS company,as one of security products supply side should assess the situation,keep up with the situation,to optimize human resource structure,adjust the production organization structure,increase investment in high-tech capital,expand product research and development team,to develop innovative products suitable for the market demand of intelligence and network system.Aiming at the comprehensive security needs of consumers,a system solution is put forward to implement cost leadership,differentiated marketing and block-integrated service strategy.
