With the development of information technology, popularity of intelligent terminal, rising number of new group of people doing things by network, change of behavioral preference of people groups, and combined with consistent appliance and update of emerging internet technology represented by big data, social network service,cloud computing and mobile internet, the security industry is deeply influenced in breadth and depth. In this kind of environment, security industry should drop its traditional concepts, learn to think from the internet point of view and gain the marketing ability. Therefore, the study in internet marketing has a realistic significance to security marketing.the real internet marketing environment of Security Company A is taken as an example in this paper. Based on theoretical analysis and case study and combined with experiences from daily work, the current problems of operating internet marketing business in this company, their corresponding solutions as well as their benefits and risks are analyzed in this paper, and finally some suitable ways and strategies for the development of internet marketing of domestic security companies are proposed so as to provide certain reference for improving the overall level of internet marketing in domestic security industry. At the end of the paper, the main ideas are concluded and several problems in the further study are prospected.
