Relationship Between Urbanization Based On Industry Agglomeration And Rural Surplus Labor Transfer

In recent years, there are a large number of rural surplus labors. And it has seriously affected economic development and people's living standards improvement. So it is very important that letting these workers shift from the countryside and agriculture to the new work domain and other employment avenue. The transfer of rural surplus labor is a problem closely related to urbanization. Mean while, the main reason of urbanization is that the high concentration non-agricultural industries. Because of the development of industrial agglomeration and urbanization, there is the space and opportunity for the rural surplus labor. So the relationship among these three causes is worth concerning. In Shandong Province which is the large province of population, agriculture and economic, this problem is particularly prominent. Based on the above, this paper research industrial agglomeration, urbanization, and rural surplus labor transfer as together. Based on the theory and real data, using economic quantitative analysis and mathematical analysis methods, this paper find that in Shandong Province only Urbanization which is based on Industry Cluster is the proper road of the transfer of rural surplus labor.This paper analyzes the main idea as follow:First, state the current status of rural surplus labor transfer in Shandong Province, by selecting relevant data, use measurement methods and correlation analysis confirmed Urbanization is main reason of affecting the transfer of rural surplus labor; Secondly, analysis the urbanization level of 17 cities in Shandong Province, and through a list of facts and real data, demonstrates the industrial cluster is an effective way to the development of urbanization, and this is conducive to the transfer of rural surplus labor; third, based on the conclusions which has been researched before, choose several cities whose industrial agglomeration is better make a model of development of relations between the three interactions. Through regression analysis, obtain that rural surplus labor transfer, industrial agglomeration and the level of urbanization has the mutually reinforcing relationship, and only urbanization based on industrial agglomeration is a viable path of rural surplus labor transfer. And find that the development of the latter two sections is good for the local transfer of rural surplus labor; Finally, combining the previous theoretical and empirical analysis, with the current situation in Shandong Province, the paper put forward the polices commendations to develop urbanization, industrial clustering and solve the problem of rural surplus labor transfer.The main innovation of this paper is lying in Shandong Province which is the provincial level, using of relatively new data analysis, combining of Qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, and obtaining the conclusion that only urbanization based on industrial agglomeration is the effective way for the transfer of rural surplus labor.
