The multi-project management platform established in the thesis, with the theory of project management knowledge system, organization methods, and information system framework as the guidance, multi-project management concept, multi-project management procedure, multi-project management implementation and the construction of multi-project management information system platform as the main line, discusses the question of multi-project management in construction project enterprise and is useful to improve the multi-project management competence of construction project enterprise.
