| TJ Design Institute,the predecessor of the DG oilfield Design Institute,after the restructuring of cross Bureau,after expanding the business,in the new market breakthrough,pipeline business volume has greatly increased,with the increase of the project,a common phenomenon in human resources is becoming more and more common,the contradiction is also increased.Multiple projects at the same time,making the original project organization of the existing resource allocation model of the drawbacks.In this case,the design of several projects at the same time the situation is not uncommon.At this point,the overlap of human resources makes the resource conflict become more and more obvious.In this paper,through the TJ design institute project and resource characteristics,from the resources division,organization and coordination mechanism,resource planning three aspects of the problem.Secondly,through the introduction of PMO multi project management organization structure,genetic algorithm solves the TJ design institute faces of multi project resource leveling problem,and TJ Design Institute three practical projects,for example,to GA model was constructed based on the practical application of the model,using genetic algorithm to design project into the best schedule arrangement to solve,and finally reach the design case of resource leveling.Finally,the Countermeasures of the protection measures are briefly introduced.Through the research on the conflict of multi project resource allocation in TJ Design Institute,we can get the solution of the conflict of multi project resource allocation in design projects. |
