Recently, Kuqa country has begun to pay more attention to the development of tourism and at the same time actively guide the direction of tourism. Under the guidance of a series of policies and measures, the tourism in Kuqa country developed rapidly, especially for cultural tourism. However, comparing with its own advantages, its development still lags behind and doesn't achieve its economic, cultural and social benefits. The writer believes that only do Kuqa country vigorously develops its cultural tourism as its core tourism products, Kuqa can achieve sustainable development in tourism. In addition, the tourism industry in Kuqa country lacks corresponding theoretical study and guidance to support. Therefore, no matter it is from the present situation of tourism development in Kuqa County or from the significance of theoretical research, this paper has certain practical meaning for the tourism development in Kuqa County at the early stage.This paper based on the spot investigation,questionnaire and relevant statistics,a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods are used to analyze. (2)According to the spot investigation and theoretical results, classify tourism resources systematically of kuqa, As follows: 7 Main categories,18Sub-categories,30 basic types. A common of 59 monomer tourism resources. According to expert questionnaire, the use of quantitative analysis method——AHP to evaluate the supply of cultural tourism of Kuqa country.
