Production and marketing of the tourism resources are demanded by tourists and the push of market economy, which also be an inevitable choice of tourism development and a new tourism management issue. The way how to give the tourism resources a market value, how to select the mode of tourism product development, how to determine the key development elements of tourism products, and how to give an unique culture characteristics of tourist products, are important topics of the tourism product development research. As the tourism industry and cultural industry association is more and more collaborative, as a combination of these two characteristics of the micro basis to create cultural tourism products by tourism attaches great importance to the researchers.Based on the perspective of an integration of cultural industry and tourism industry, This paper tries to summarize researches of the concept of tourism industry, cultural tourism, cultural tourism products and marketing, economics and other related theory, wish exploring the fusion of the text depth brigade of the the perspective of tourism product development system and find a way not only meet the demands of tourists spirit, protection of cultural heritage, and maximizing the local economic development of a new generation of tourism product development elements and patterns in the perspective of industrial convergence.First part of this article analyzes the research backgrounds and significance of this paper, the research related to this topic in the literature, combing the domestic and foreign about cultural tourism, cultural tourism products and related knowledge, the present situation of the problems in developing cultural tourism products and development paradigm, and drew up the research route of the article are: on-the-spot investigation method, data collecting method and combination of qualitative and quantitative method, according to predecessors’ experience obtained.The result of the combined fusion of culture industry and tourism industry is treated as "cultural tourism", and the concepts of the brigade integration perspective of cultural tourism, cultural tourism products, tourism products depth development are defined.The relevant theory research, such as: tourist motives and marketing theory, product life cycle theory of tourism, experience respectively theory of tourism products, tourism product core competitiveness theory, SWOT analysis theory research would also be defined. Then the arguments obtained and the theoretical basis in this paper have also been summarized. Think: cultural industry and tourism industry are relatively independent, the text brigade is to stand in the angle of the integration of the two industries, the culture and tourism as a mutual penetration, are closely related to the two industries, the depth of the cultural tourism product development has more obvious industrial characteristics, cultural tourism products depth development should pay attention to the depth of the main mining development culture connotation, perfect the function of cultural tourism product development level structure, stand in the perspective of the whole industry chain of organic integration of relevant industry configuration, overall regional social and economic benefit, depth development of cultural tourism products should follow the essence of the cultural tourism characteristics developed artistic features, diversity and uniqueness of the original genuine products projects; And combined with local actual situation, tourism product life cycle theory was used to analyze the life stage, the study area belongs to savoury market demand and customer demand as the benchmark, using SWOT analysis it concludeing that the study area tourism development direction, into one tourism project development, improve the competitiveness of regional tourism.Based on the above theory, the following discussion of the text are: the perspective of tourism products development principles, key development factors and development mode, hoping offering advices of the different areas of the cultural tourism product development for different cultures, and to discuss cultural tourism products depth development analysis in the study area, the system of county scenic area culture tourism resources and classified, county tourism present situation, the advantages and disadvantages in the perspective of adjusted measures to local conditions of Daying.This article combed the Bittern Culture and its derivative cultural like architecture art, religion, the site remains, folk customs, food, health, literature, legends and Ancient Qi of Chinese civilization in Daying, and summarizing the Bittern Cultural could be treated as the theme clue, using brand development developing mode, the directly model of development of China’s Dead Sea tourist area, Zhuo Tsutsui salt production technology and fulfill representation model, resources integration, mutual promotion, high-tech support cultural tourism creative mode. Based on the trend of landform, tourism resources characteristics and distribution, as well as the existing roads in Daying, circuit design the "one center, one area, one travel routin, one travel line" structure of the form. And integrated design the tourist routes of the bittern cultural tourism scenic spot design for the integration of tourism, leisure, entertainment, training, conference, exhibition, creativity, trade, real estate, and other functions in one of the bittern cultural tourism industry base. With the concept of "sustainable development, the brand management ", four function center are designed: international bittern health cultural tourism zone, creative cultural tourism area, the ancient Qi in western countries, film and television cultural tourism functional areas and the urban complex.
