| This study selected the city Qionglai of Sichuan Province, a typical land consolidation project, a systematic analysis of the land development and consolidation of the project area the type of soil ecosystem function and services, and implementation of the project before and after the land use cover change based on division of the soil ecosystem types, analysis of a variety of ecosystem services in soil content . Determined through experiments, field research and using GIS software, namely the study of different types of soil ecosystem organize material production, to maintain the volume of soil fertility, water conservation, erosion control was carried out calculations and use the market value method, replacement cost method, the shadow project law, such as soil ecosystem services monetized. The results showed that:(1) The value of material production. Land development and land reclamation area do not have the function of material production prior to the implementation. After the completion of land development and reclamation, the value of material production was increased to 535.90 thousand yuan and 325.20 thousand yuan. The value of material production of land consolidation area was 2.40 million yuan, 3.54 million yuan after finishing, which increased 1.14 million yuan.(2) The value of maintaining soil fertility. Before the development, the value of maintaining soil fertility in land development area was 1.53 million yuan, after the development was 2.56 million yuan, which increased 1.03 million yuan. Land reclamation area of maintaining soil fertility before reclamation was 569.2 thousand yuan, after the restoration was 1.41 million yuan, which increased 837.8 thousand yuan. Land consolidation area before the consolidation was 23.13 million yuan, 28.60 million yuan after finishing, which increased 5.47 million yuan.(3) The value of controlling erosion. Before the development of land development area, the value of controlling erosion was 118.00 thousand yuan, after the development was 145.30 thousand yuan, which increased 27.30 thousand yuan. Before reclamation of land reclamation area the value of controlling erosion was 77.20 thousand yuan, after reclamation was 207.30 thousand yuan, which increased 130.10 thousand yuan. Before the consolidation of land consolidation area the value of controlling was 1.76 million yuan, 2.07 million yuan after finishing, which increased 311.1 thousand yuan.(4) The value of water conservation. Before the development, the value of water conservation in development area was 389.70 thousand yuan, after the development was 316.40 thousand yuan, which decreased 73.30 thousand yuan. Land reclamation area before reclamation was 269.30 thousand yuan, 217.20 thousand yuan after reclamation, which decreased 52.10 thousand yuan. Land consolidation area before the consolidation was 2.60 million yuan, after finishing 2.85 million yuan, which increased 250.00 thousand yuan.(5) The value of air-conditioning and biodiversity conservation. Before the development, the value of air-conditioning and biodiversity conservation in development area was 166.00 thousand yuan, after the development was 125.00 thousand yuan, which decreased 41.00 thousand yuan. Land reclamation area before reclamation was 14.00 thousand yuan, after the implementation of the project was 84.00 thousand yuan, which increased 70.00 thousand yuan. Land consolidation area before finishing the atmosphere regulating soil ecosystem protection and biodiversity value of 2.84 million yuan, increased to 2.95 million yuan after finishing, which increased 109.00 thousand yuan.(6) The total value of soil ecosystem services. Before the implementation of the project of study area , the total value of soil ecosystem services was 35.87 million yuan, After the implementation of the project of study area , the total value of soil ecosystem services was 45.94 million yuan, increased 10.07 million yuan. According to the different types of consolidation, before the development, the soil ecosystem service value in land development area was 2.21 million yuan, 3.68 million yuan after development, which increased 1.47 million yuan. Land reclamation area before reclamation was 929.70 thousand yuan, after reclamation was 2.24 million yuan, which increased 1.31 million yuan. Land consolidation area before consolidation the value was 32.73 million yuan, after consolidation the value was 40.02 million yuan, which increased 7.29 million yuan.(7) On the basis of different types of projects,the soil ecosystem services compared before finishing with after finishing came to the conclusion that: Land development and consolidation improved the function of maintaining soil fertility significantly. And then, the material production capabilities impact the others weakly. The two types of land development and Land reclamation disturbed the soil ecosystems was the most strongly, while the highest type of ecological and economic benefit was land consolidation. Through land development and consolidation, the value of soil ecosystem services in study area has been significantly increased, but it need a long-term process if we want to see benefits. Moreover , if the method was unsuitability for land development and consolidation measures, the soil ecosystem services can not be improved, even will come out weakness. |
