Research On The Upgrade And Rebuilding Solution Of The Technical Supporting System For SHPN Electric Power Marketing

As the electric power organizational reform deepening, just as the separation between power plant and electrical network and the separation between government and enterprises, the electric power marketing work's operation mechanism has had a very big change. Many power supply enterprises have established Technical Supporting System for Electric Power Marketing, which plays an important role in the work of marketing management and quality service. But still can't adapts to the electric power marketing in the face of the new situation. In this paper, briefly explaind the evelopment history, structure and technical features of the Technical Supporting System for Electric Power Marketing. Investigates the construction and use of the marketing management information system, customer service call system, load control and concentration copied table system in SHPN; analyses the main problems existing in the module; then proposes the upgrade and rebuilding solution to integrate the business modules in the premise of centralized data bout the SHPN. Finally analyzes the risk and safeguard measures about the project's implementation, then suggest implement the project through the way of promotion after establishing experiment site.
