In the face of an increasingly competitive global market integration, in order to achieve the goal of management modernization, enterprises must proceed from the information modernization, and as an enterprise information construction platform, ERP has been given importance to and applied by more and more enterprises. This paper is written in the background of the ERP projects implementation in JG Electric Power Company. Through studying the process of the ERP project implementation and researching on a lot of theories and practice both home and abroad, the writer analyses and summarizes the key elements that have a full impact on the successful implementation of ERP projects, gets the success model and verifies the ERP projects implementation in JG Electric Power Company. The writer also hopes to provide some reference for ERP software companies, consulting firms and enterprises that may apply this system to do further research.First of all, the paper gives us an introduction about the background, significance of this research as well as research methods, and the structure of the whole paper. Secondly, it views related domestic and foreign research literature and dose an analysis about the feasibility of the ERP projects implementation in JG Electric Power Company. Then, it gives a whole look of the ERP projects implementation in JG Electric Power Company including its aim, procedure and effect as the writer used to take part in that project. Later, it verifies the ERP projects implementation in HB Electric Power Company.
