Along with our country economic system and electric power system reform,establishing electric power marketing system which is a enterprise overall efficiency as the center and is of great significance in Inner Mongolia electric power company to satisfy the needs of the market.The establishment of information marketing management technology platform not only can make the work more efficient operation and improve the company’s overall marketing and standardization level of the business but also can decrease the cost of the construction of electric power marketing system and operational costs.Company’s marketing information system mainly formed a comparatively perfect power marketing information system after 10 years of development and construction.However,some basic business systems and business processes is disconnect,the correlation is not close,the relevant business norms and standard failed to adapt to the development of new business process change,due to the marketing business model change rapidly in recent years.Inner Mongolia electric power marketing information system is not very good service in the electric power marketing work,so it is necessary for electric power marketing information system to upgrade the construction to adapt to the new situation of the needs of the electric power marketing work.Firstly,this thesis introduces the research background and significance,and the application of electric power marketing information system at home and abroad and the development were analyzed,the research contents and research methods were discussed.Secondly,the general situation of the electric power marketing information system is introduced,and analysis the composition and function of electric power marketing information system.Again,introducing about the present situation of Inner Mongolia electric power marketing information system,and then about the present situation of Inner Mongolia electric power marketing information based business census,marketing business process refinement,control,measurement of electric power marketing management,We Chat platform is analyzed.And,the analysis of system informatization situation upgrade information construction scheme was put forward.And then,through the analysis of information technology to upgrade,we analysis of the company’s marketing information still exist some deficiencies,and put forward Suggestions.Finally,we make this study summary.
