With the vigorous development of the tourism industry, tourism education has made great achievements in China, and Master of Tourism Management Education has also continued to strengthen. However, because the late start of Master of Tourism Management Education, the training lacks a lot and is out of line with the market seriously. Curriculum is an important part to achieve postgraduate training objectives, guarantee the quality of postgraduate training, the science curriculum and good teaching methods will directly affect the breadth of knowledge and level of innovation capability of graduate students. Therefore, whether the post-graduate courses settings are reasonable become an important factor to decide the quality of graduate students. This paper makes depth and systematic exploration on the colleges and universities of Tourism Management Master curriculum from the following aspects.The first part is introduction.This part elaborates the background and significance of this topic;it makes a Summary of the study results at home and abroad; it also points out the research ideas and the main research methods.The second part is chapter two. it defines graduate curriculum, course structure, Master of Tourism Management and other key concepts;it clears the elements of the Tourism Management Postgraduate education system; It discusses theoretical foundation of the system of postgraduate courses of the Master of the tourism mangment, which are the quality of post-graduate education theory and system theory and Humanistic curriculum theory.The third part is chapter three. This part analysis status quo of China's colleges and universities is a master's degree in tourism management system postgraduate courses.The article chooses 22 representative universities , through the curriculum system analysis and conclusion,it Come to the following questions: Curriculum system has obvious combination plate; Course content attaches great importance to political and theoretical lessons and public foreign language learning;Professional settings prominent professional and specialized.At the same time it has the following questions: the second professional disciplines set up basic courses, the curriculum too narrow in scope; Curriculum system and the systemic lack of integrity; Course structure is irrational, and it lacks of elective courses, academic lectures and classes academic discussion;pays less attention on tourist hot and difficult and controversial issues; The type and quantity of materials is limited, means of teaching is single; Teaching assessment is fuzzy; Depends on the original professional existence.The fourth part is chapter four. It proposes reform ideas according the theory: Clear positioning of curriculum objectives; Perfect curriculum wholly;preform the curriculum of public infrastructure;Arranges professional courses Scientifically; Increase the quantity and type of elective courses; Build quality courses;Handle the releationship between course structure.The fifth part is chapter five. Enhance the implementation of the curriculum through improving the overall quality of Master Tutor and strengthening the preparation of teaching materials on a master's degree and using a wide range of teaching methods and promote teachers Curriculum Evaluation and the curriculum evaluation of students jointly.
