| Tourism Psychology is a important curriculum in the system of the Tourism Management major. The teaching outcome of the Tourism Psychology curriculum influences on the education quality of the tourism management major immediately.However, at present, many problems need to be solved in the teaching of the Tourism Psychology curriculum, and the curriculum should be reformed imperatively under the situation. The study surveys the problems of teaching by the methods of investigation and the interview at the beginning , finds out the reasons which results in problems, and declears the course orientation from the aspects of the course character and function. Brings forward the measures as to the reform based on the theoretics of teaching and education. Attempts to reform on the curriculum target, the curriculum content, the teacher's capability, teaching material system teaching measure, and appraise.The thesis consists of six chapters: In Chapter one, explains the basic questions about the study, presents the study backgrounds, significance, route, method and the innovations of the thesis. In Chapter two, discusses the background of the teaching reform from three aspects: the development of the tourism industry, the development of the tourism and further education requires. In Chapter three, presents the theoretic of the constructivism theory teaching, research teaching principle, and the development teaching principle. In Chapter four, does a comprehensive research on the problems of the actuality, and analysises the facters which causes the problems. In Chapter five, definites the preconditions from the cultivate aims and the course orientations. In the Chapter six, states the principles about the reform, and some suggestions and countermeasures are put forward on the teaching reform of the Tourism Psychology curriculum. In the end, discusses the restrictions of the thesis as well as areas for further study. |
