China Mobile AH Company-Strategy Research Of Full Service Operation And Support

This thesis is to study the improvement and impletion of the full service operation for AH Mobile in the wave of internet. As more Mobile Virtual Network Operators being granted telecom permissions and the growth of OTT business as well as market competition of telecom being opened, the income of traditional telecom business has declined dramatically, and the risk of replacement increases. As a result, its business operation is under gravest situation. To response serious challenge, this thesis is going to come up with the strategy to enhance the full service operation for AH Mobile by analyzing its macro environment, industry environment, enterprise competitive strength, business processes.This thesis is comprised with case context and case analysis. The case context is mainly to introduce the current circumstances of telecom industry on board and at home and the situation of full service operation conducted AH mobile would be described. Then, the problems of AH Mobile full service operation would be summarized accordingly.The second part of this thesis highlights solutions aiming at the enhancement of business operation, and supportive capacity. First of all, the macro environment and competition situation of the company would be analyzed by utilizing PEST and Five Forces model respectively. And, SWOT matrix is used to summarize and judge the current circumstances of AH Mobile’s supportive capacity for full service operation. Lastly, the process of supportive capacity will be analyzed with the eTOM model. Finally, the thesis is to work on the relevant strategy and performance evaluation so that the operational capacity strategy could be carried out effectively. It is highly expected that the idea of this study would hold strategic meanings to AH Mobile, and provide value to domestic telecom operators which conduct full service operation.
