The Research On The Selection Of Hydropower Projects Management Model Based On Risk Analysis

In the process of developing and utilizing water resources,there are many uncertain factors,which are the risk.Therefore,the project owners should enhance risk management awareness and use different project management model in the implementation of project's construction,which is avoid,control,transfer and use of project risks in the process of construction.This paper analyzed several mature international project management models, described the advantages and disadvantages of different project management model,and commented the current project management model of China.Then,this article reviewed the historical proces of forming China's current hydropower project management model, made a concrete introduction to the existing hydropower project management model of china,and put forward proposals to the development of China's hydropower project management model.Furthermore,this article researched the method of selecting hydropower project management model on the basis of risk analysis.Finally,this paper explained the scientific and feasibility of using risk analysis to select hydropower project management model by analysing the example of hydropower project.
