In the Process of developing and utilizing water-power project, there are many uncertain factors, which are the risk. Therefore, the water-power project owner should enhance risk because of increasing the water-power project, the risk of enveloping and utilizing water-power project is most important during building water-power project.Based on the a couples of researching results, this paper research on risks of water-power project, provided nine factors in building water-power project, including politics and laws, economics, financial, geography, management, project supervision, electricity market access and others risks. And the same time, using on AHP and Fuzzy-AHP method makes risks analyzed, researching on the evaluation of risk, by using methods guarantee objection of risk evaluation inside of subjection of that's. The methods not only can evaluate the level of risk factors, but also calculate risk weight along risk, at same time, by using methods, it shows which factors is most important factors. Cases show the affection and practical significance. |
