China’s current water conservancy and hydropower construction projects into the overall development period, many famous large-scale projects have been started, put into operation; numerous small and medium hydropower projects are mushrooming development, which brings us to the management requirements : How to successful completion of each project to provide effective safeguards? How to achieve the minimum cost(resources) to achieve the maximum benefit of the investment purpose? How to deal with issues in a smooth implementation of the project construction constraints appear in the whole process? How to effectively predict and control the construction process may occur on various risk events stand out, which is why we are currently in urgent need of a study on the topic.The author has long been engaged in their own hydropower construction project management process personally met all kinds of examples of hydropower construction risk analysis as the starting point of the problem, through specific Project, exposing hydropower construction project management process various types of risks, and for of proposed countermeasures, provide research and reference value for the risk management industry, and promote the healthy development of water conservancy and hydropower project construction.
