Research On Relational Risk And Its Control Of Transnational Strategic Alliance In Zhejiang Enterprises

The paper firstly presents the goal, significance and background of this study, reviews the main content about the research of relational risk of transnational strategic alliance(SA) of oversea and domestic scholars, and the probes into the research of various scholars about Relational risk and its control of transnational strategic alliance, discusses the status and main deficiency about present studies so as to provide a foundation for further studying relational risk of transnational alliance. Afterwards the paper discusses the decisive factors and formation mechanism of the relational risk of transnational strategic alliance, probes into differential characteristic performance on different development phase of the alliance and the differential salience of these determinants in each of the three major alliance types, and then inquires into and constructs the test and appraisal mechanism, method and the index system of the relational risk. Based on these work,. the paper introduces the complexion of sampling and data processing of transnational strategic alliance in Zhejiang Enterprises, uses the software of SPSS to make an empirical study and discusses the research results. with the positive analysis result, the paper put forward an risk control model including prevention mechanism of opportunistic behavior.The paper conformities the researches of various scholars about relational risk in transnational strategic alliance, provides a more systemic and embedded research frame about the relational risk and its control in transnational strategic alliance, fills up the vacancy of the research of endogenous in relational risk and empirical study about the relational risk in Chinese environment. This study also deepens the research about relational risk and better resolve the problem of diverse research goal and lacking systemic integration in strategic alliance research. in practical application, it's helpful for strategic alliance manager of Zhejiang Enterprises to better understand the essence of relational risk, and manage the relational risk in transnational strategic alliance to improve the chance of success and efficiency.
