Study On Reverse Logistics Mode Of Domestic Useless Electronic Products

Along with the development of the economy and the progress of the whole social, the need of the natural resources is increasing, however, the earth resources, especially the non-renewable resources is growing exhausted. Recent years, the concept of the environmental protection is increasing, how to save the limited resources, how to re-use the scrap, and how to let these scraps do not harm the environment, and so on environment issues have become the focus of the people. Meanwhile, as the development of our country's economy, the consumption of the electronic products is increased per year, accordingly, the obsolete household electrical appliances also are soaring, even on the increase. And for a long time, our country's recycling for these household electrical appliance has been in the low-level mold, namely the fractional recycling, the secondary use, and the original decomposition, which not only is inefficient and without the scale-effect, but also brings a heavy burden on the environment.The badly disposal of the obsolete electronic products seriously effect the environment and a lot of the recyclable resources, which has risen the great attention of the world public and the governments. Many countries have enacted laws related to the economic cycle, our country's recycling economical law is brewing now, in the future, the reverse logistics of our country's obsolete household electrical appliances is facing a huge challenge, and also the tremendous opportunity. To deal with the scraps reasonably not only save the recourse, approve the environment, but also enhance the economic efficiency of the company, so the value of the reverse logistics can be showed gradually.Regarding this situation, based on the research front in the field of the logistics, this thesis researched into the basic theories and the developing status of the reverse logistics at home and abroad, analyzed the necessity of developing the reverse logistics and the great importance to one company, thereby, deeply analyzed our country's status of implement the reverse logistic and the driving factors. Then, analyzed the fatal factors that affect the selection of reverse logistics model of our electronic product company and the three basic modes of the operation of reverse logistic: principal model, conjoint model, and outsourcing model., at last, using the method of the combinations of ANP and the software -Super Decision,, it takes a example of a specific electronic company for trial. This thesis makes some proposals to the obstacles during the development of the reverse logistics operation, and combines the theory research and example analysis together in attempt to provide a systematic and theoretical reference for the electronic company 's selection and management during implementing the operation of reverse logistics for the obsolete electronic products.
