With the increasing of electronic scraps, how to deal with the electronic scraps in a rational and effective way has become a hot issue which is widely concerned by most countries. The recycling and reuse of the electronic product is the critical factor that can promote the development of electronic industry. The purpose is not only to reduce pollution and protect the environment, but also help the company to reduce the dosage of raw material, enhance the efficiency of resource, improve the service to customer, enlarge the market share, build up a good company image. Therefore, under the driving of economic benefit and legal factor, the electronic product manufacturers begin to realize the importance of reverse logistics and concern the system construction and operation of reverse logistics.Reverse Logistics is a process that carry the materials from the consumption place to the producing area, in order to dispose these materials rightly and recover the value of them, as well as catch the using messages which is hidden in the electronic scraps and provide strategies for company's management. The process includes callback and checkout, servicing and reselling, dismantling and reusing the parts, recycling the materials, abandon and disposal and so on. At present, our government has paid high attention to the reverse logistics work of electronic scrap and managed the operation of reverse logistics from economic and legal aspects. The effect has already emerged. But up to now, our country has not set up a suit of full and effective system of reverse logistics yet. The researches on reverse logistics operation in electronic industry need to be consummated. Base on this background, this thesis mainly studies the system construction and operation of reverse logistics from the electronic product manufacturer's angle.Through the analysis of the domestic and overseas researches on reverse logistics, the basic concept and value of reverse logistics, the status quo of reverse logistics in our country and the existent problems, this thesis mainly studies several operational modes of reverse logistics: adopting the former forward logistics channel, operating reverse logistics by oneself, operating reverse logistics in joint venture mode, operating reverse logistics in outsourcing mode, analyses the advantages and disadvantages as well as the adaptive range of these operational modes, and then confirms the operational mode which is adopted by this thesis: recycling outsourcing and reuse self-support mode.Bases on this recycling outsourcing and reuse self-support mode, with the goal of minimizing the operational cost of reverse logistics, this thesis constructs a network model of reverse logistics, programs the network from five aspects: callback, reselling, remanufacturing, recycling and disposal, confirms six network nodes: callback center, reuse center, secondhand market, produce base, recycling dealer and disposal factory, researches the cost that occurs in and between each node, sets up the logistics balance bounds, each node's ability bounds and the variable value range bounds, there out educes the mixed integer linear programming (MILP) of reverse logistics in electronic industry, in order to study the strategy which is adopted in reverse logistics operation. In the end, this thesis takes example for Lenovo Group's reverse logistics network which is related to family computer and will be built in Shanghai area, uses the collected data in the reverse logistics network model and solves out, educes the number of the network nodes, the location of the nodes and the best traffic between these nodes, illuminates the concrete application of the network model.
