| Recently, our academe is going though the exchange stage from quality to quantity in enterprise competitive information research. The research about dynamical and implementation mechanism of competitive information development will enrich and perfect theory investigation of competitive information, on the other hand, enterprise competitive information development is based on the value increasing of competitive information resource and competitive information value chain. This value increasing is not completed automatically, but need to be accomplished under implementation mechanism protection with the support of dynamic mechanism. Enterprises must enhance their investment power about the determination of dynamic mechanism and implementation mechanism, in order to increase the competitive information utility and carry out enterprise competitive information development.Competitive Intelligence in the last few decades in the world development trend of research and applications, more and more countries the academic and business attention. And many countries have in the theory of competitive intelligence research and specific applications have reached a higher level, in some countries, competition has been widely used in business intelligence, greatly enhancing the enterprise as a whole the level of national competitiveness. Increasing awareness of domestic enterprises of the importance of competitive intelligence, intelligence work carried out one after another, the establishment of intelligence. Enterprises to carry out intelligence work but have not been very effective, low efficiency, poor results have left some intelligence agencies exist in name only, business intelligence capabilities at a low or very low level. Practice has proved that "competitive intelligence" is not just a theory, which improve the competitiveness of enterprises have a meaningful role. Competitive intelligence has become the technology, capital, business survival and development of human resources after the resources of the fourth. Acceding to the WTO, the domestic market will soon be subject to standards of international trade after the shocks of the competition between enterprises in the domestic market forced up from the international market, the market transformation from static to dynamic markets. When Chinese companies when faced with global competition, China's enterprises to develop competitive intelligence is far behind the United States, Japan and Europe businesses.This project mainly investigated our country dynamic mechanism and implementation mechanism of enterprise competitive information development. There are six chapters in this paper. Chapter one introduces the research objective, current environment and the meaning. Chapter two concerns about current condition analysis of out country enterprise competitive information development, a direction of the future development will be brought forward. In the chapter three, the key environment elements which effect our country enterprise competitive information development will be analyzed. In chapter four, the dynamic aspects which effect enterprise competitive information development and a dynamic model will be introduced. Chapter five discusses six key mechanisms which is relevant to the development of enterprise competitive information. Chapter six is the conclusion of this paper. |
